Temporary Receptionist and Customer Service Representatives
Currently looking for individuals to fill temporary Receptionist and Customer Service Representative openings with a company located in Appleton, WI. Interested candidates should have customer service or administrative experience from retail or office environment.
Responsibilities of the Temporary Receptionist and Customer Service Representatives
- Answer phone and direct callers
- Serve as first point of contact for walk-in, email, Ecommerce and telephone customers.
- Demonstrate the ability to carry on a business conversation with customers.
- Update the database with client information.
- Assist at the front counter as needed and check on shipping schedules and delivery of merchandise and services.
- Administrative projects for various departments
- Other duties as needed
Requirements of the Temporary Receptionist and Customer Service Representatives
- Customer Service or administrative experience needed from retail or office environment.
- Experience answering phones.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to talk with clients.
- Work effectively with all departments in the organization.
- Professional and outgoing attitude and positive demeanor.
- Basics of Word and Excel
Compensation for the Temporary Receptionist and Customer Service Representatives
The starting salary for this position is $15.00 per hour.
