Administrative Assistant and Order Entry

This friendly small printing company is Kaukauna is excited to have you join their team for a Temp-to-Hire Administrative and Order Entry role.
This position is 30-32 hours per week - you can pick the hours you wish to work!
They have 5 employees and 6 independent sales staff and have excellent longevity with current employees. If you like a smaller, yet busy environment where the days go by quickly, this is the position for you!
Summary of duties:
- Entering sales orders into QuickBooks Enterprise in an accurate and efficient manner
- Answer phones and direct callers
- Data entry of key information
- General administrative/office duties and assist with projects functions
- Possibly train on light bookkeeping
Hours: This position is 30-32 hours per week, M-F. They are looking for someone to work M-F; however, you can pick the hours between 7am-5pm.
Pay: $16.00/hour. (no benefits offered for this part time role.)
- QuickBooks experience is required
- Administrative or Customer Service experience
- Pleasant personality and good communications skills needed
- This candidate needs to be detailed orientated, have strong attention to detail and have excellent attendance record/references.
- Must be a self-starter, independent thinker and have good accuracy
- Basic to intermediate skills for Word and Excel.
