This is a full time Direct Hire Administrative Assistant position for a smaller manufacturing firm in Appleton where you will be involved with a variety of duties! They have 18 employees and have great longevity and a friendly environment.
Administrative Assistant Duties:
- Answering phones, greeting clients and scheduling follow up appointments.
- Entering data into the software system regarding clients, change of addresses, and billing information.
- Assisting sales department with quotes
- Checking emails and responding to general inquiries
- Assisting managers with additional projects as needed
Hours: 8am-4:30pm, M-F
Pay: $16-18.00/hour (They do offer vacation, health insurance and holiday pay.)

Administrative Assistant Qualifications:
- 2 years of administrative, customer service or receptionist experience
- Intermediate Word and Excel
