Job Description

This is a full time Direct Hire Administrative Assistant position for a smaller manufacturing firm in Appleton where you will be involved with a variety of duties!  They have 18 employees and have great longevity and a friendly environment.

Administrative Assistant Duties:

  • Answering phones, greeting clients and scheduling follow up appointments.
  • Entering data into the software system regarding clients, change of addresses, and billing information.
  • Assisting sales department with quotes
  • Checking emails and responding to general inquiries
  • Assisting managers with additional projects as needed

Hours:  8am-4:30pm, M-F

Pay:  $16-18.00/hour (They do offer vacation, health insurance and holiday pay.)

Administrative Assistant Qualifications:

  • 2 years of administrative, customer service or receptionist experience
  • Intermediate Word and Excel
  • Good attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Excellent people skills.  Candidate must be pleasant, reliable and maintain confidentiality.
