This Neenah company is a leading distributor of motors and mechanical power transmission products and seeking a temporary Administrative Assistant to work 2-3 months, possibly longer.  They are looking for someone to start anytime the week of September 16th. This is to help cover for vacations, leaves, and a busy workload.  In this role, you will assist the Assistant Plant Supervisor, Controller and HR Department with clerical duties.  If you love a variety of duties and experience, this is the perfect role for you! 

Duties for Administrative Assistant:

  • Enter information for Accounts Payable
  • Answer phones (For most of the time, you will be answering overflow lines. However, for 1 week, you will be the main receptionist to cover for the receptionist's vacation)
  • Assist HR with filing and other general tasks
  • Projects for Assistant Plant Manager and Accounting department
  • Other duties as needed

Hours:  25-40 hours, M-F.  They prefer a person who is open to 25-30, however they can also offer 40 hours if a person prefers full time.  You can work these hours between 7am-4:30pm, M-F.

Pay:  $15/hour

Qualifications for Administrative Assistant:

  • 1 year of Administrative or Customer Service experience
  • Strong customer service and people skills
  • Accurate data entry skills and multitasking skills
  • Ability to problem solve and ask good questions
  • Intermediate Word and basic/intermediate Excel
  • Any general bookkeeping experience or education is helpful but not required
  • Ability to keep things confidential
