This is a Temp to Hire Executive Administrative Assistant Position for our Green Bay Client - possibly Direct Hire for the right candidate. This company is privately owned and offers different Full Service Solutions to Financial Institutions and other businesses. They are looking for a candidate that is able to maintain a very high level of professionalism, someone who works well independently but is also a team player. With the majority of the staff having been there over 8 years they are also looking for someone that has good longevity and must be willing to work smarter and not always harder to get the job done.

Job Summary:                                                                         

Provide high-level administrative support for Company Executive by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings. May also train and supervise lower-level clerical staff.

Requirements for Administrative Assistant:

  • Minimum 6-10 years’ experience supporting an executive
  • Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and coordination of people and resources.
  • Extremely organized

  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects.
  • Ability to work in a team environment that can be fast paced and pressure filled at times.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access & Outlook, ability to learn industry-specific software programs.

Duties for Administrative Assistant:

  • Prepare reports, memos, letters, and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software.
  • Answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate parties or take messages.
  • Conduct research, compile data, and prepare papers for consideration and presentation by executive and senior management.
  • Make travel arrangements for executive.
  • Attend meetings to record minutes.
  • File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
  • Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email for the executive.
  • Make travel arrangements for executive.
  • Prepare responses to correspondence.
  • Prepare agendas.
  • Provide clerical support to the executive.
  • Manage and maintain executives' schedules.
  • Compile, transcribe, and distribute minutes of meetings.
  • Set up and oversee administrative policies and procedures for administrative team.
  • Supervise and train other clerical staff and arrange for employee training by scheduling training or organizing training material.


Hours for Administrative Assistant role: Monday - Friday 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. possibly overtime as needed.

Pay: $24 - $26hr

These benefits and more will be available within 60 days to 1 year of full time employment depending on the benefit.
