Our Green Bay client is seeking an Administrative Coordinator for a temporary role of 3-6 months, possibly Temp-to-Hire. They are a family owned company who have been around for more than 50 years. Average tenure for staff is 10+ years and they have almost 100 employees!
You will be helping in the sales department and in their fleet department, assisting with quotes, projects, and other administrative / customer service aspects.
- Minimum of 1 years of office experience
- Excellent customer service and work ethic required.
- Word and Excel is needed.
Hours: Approximately 8:00 -4:30pm, M-F, however, they can be a little flexible on the start time.
Pay: $14.00-15.50/hour. Benefits only offered if candidate would be hired on.
