Our client in N. Appleton is seeking a Long Term Temporary Receptionist / Office Assistant Candidate. This position will last approximately 3-6 months. They are a leading manufacturer & service provider of aerial lift and work trucks that service our nation's infrastructure such as electric & gas utilities, telecommunications companies, state, county and municipal governments. This company places high priority on honesty, ethics and treating people with respect and has a business casual environment.


  • Welcome all visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries
  • Effectively answer, screen, and transfer inbound phone calls on a multiple line telephone system
  • Take and relay messages
  • Maintain filing system
  • Maintain office supply inventories


  • Computer skills and knowledge of relevant software (Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Knowledge of operation and standard office equipment
  • Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems such as filing and record keeping
  • Knowledge of principles and practices of basic office management
  • Communication skills - written and verbal
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to multi-task effectively
  • Ability to work independently and self-prioritize tasks

Hours: 8:00am-4:30pm, but can be flexible with hours ranging from 25-40hrs a week

Pay: $14/hr
